Unconditional Support for the Palestinian Resistance and Uprising

Statement by the Revolutionary Socialists

A resilient people and fierce resistance… A unified uprising sweeps across all of Palestine against Zionist aggression: heroic steadfastness in the face of Zionist expropriation of lands and homes in Jerusalem and the West Bank, massive protests in the cities of the occupied interior, and increasingly fierce resistance in Gaza, launching rockets that penetrate the Iron Dome, which the Zionist army has long boasted about. This has led the Zionist Prime Minister, Netanyahu, to describe the situation as a “battle on two fronts.”

The Zionist bombardment of the Gaza Strip continues, causing hundreds of casualties, both martyrs and wounded. While the occupation army threatens a ground invasion of Gaza, the resistance factions promise to teach them a harsh lesson. Meanwhile, the Palestinian people in the occupied interior continue their heroic steadfastness against a massive military machine considered one of the deadliest in the world.

This epic drawn by the brave Palestinians is a new – and bitter for the enemy – chapter in a long series of this people’s heroics under the worst possible conditions: unrelenting settlement expansion, regional public apathy, and the recent wave of normalization that the Zionists and their allies believed had brought the Palestinian cause to its final stages. The Palestinian people slap these faces with their brave steadfastness.

The Palestinian people have never ceased their resistance through protests, steadfastness, facing the enemy’s military and settlers, and even armed resistance that strikes fear into the Zionists and inflicts significant losses on the Zionist entity (hundreds of millions of dollars in infrastructure and military expenses, hitting the Ashkelon-Eilat pipeline, closing airports, and continuous sirens in the cities of the occupied interior, among other impacts). No one has the right to impose conditions on these Palestinians as if they were guardians over those who pay with blood and life, facing an occupation based on killing and looting.

The complete liberation of all Palestinian territories has been the compass of the revolutionary socialists since their movement’s founding, and it remains so. The goal pointed to by this compass can only be achieved by undermining Zionism from the occupied interior, the West Bank, Gaza, and internationally, by transferring this struggle against all the ruling classes that are complicit, normalizing, and supporting the Zionist entity, especially the ruling classes in the region. Every demonstration against Zionist crimes is a step in the direction of this compass, and every rocket fired by the resistance against the Zionist usurpers is also a step in the same direction. This is why we offer unconditional support to the Palestinian resistance in all its forms.
